Refund Policy
Service Fees: Fees paid for utility bill payment services are generally non-refundable once the payment has been processed. Exceptions: In case of a duplicate payment or an error on our part, we will review refund requests. All refund requests must be made within 7 days of the transaction. Processing Time: If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be credited to the original method of payment.
Cancellation Policy
Payment Cancellation: Payments can only be canceled if the cancellation request is made before the payment has been processed. Once a payment has been submitted to the utility provider, we cannot cancel it.
